SALES/STORE MANAGER


  • Must be a college graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, any business course or related courses.

  • Must have an experience as a Supervisor or Manager specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Responsible for the growth of the sales, individually and Branch.

  • Direct in-charge in overall branch operations & people management or branch OIC

  • Organize/systematize the branch operations, sales process and delivery.

  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

  • Address customer concerns

  • Prepare management report

TILES SPECIALIST (TECHNICAL SALES)


  • Candidate must be Graduate of any Business & Engineering (Industrial) related courses or any courses related to Ceramic Tile Education and Training Courses

  • With experience in SALES

  • With technical knowledge in TILES & CERAMIC INSTALLATION

  • With background working as a SALES PROFESSIONAL in a construction projects and with an existing clients such as Engineer, Architect, Developers, Contractors, Contractions Firms, etc.

  • Knowledgeable in checking & quality control about tiles.

  • Open for people who work from a tile production or tile manufacturing firm.

  • With strong understanding of tile technicalities.

  • Able to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Confident, smart, presentable and with pleasing personality

  • Driven and willing to learn about the industry, the company and its products

  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

PROJECT SALES OFFICER


  • Candidate must be Graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, or any related course.

  • With at least 1-year working experience in SALES or PROJECT from any construction, Building Materials (such as tiles ACP, Steel roofing etc.), Pharmaceutical or any related industries.

  • Background in B2B or business to business.

  • Preferably with existing clients, corporate accounts or portfolio.

  • Can work under pressure, in a fast paced environment, and with minimal supervision.

  • With strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Able to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Driven and willing to learn about the industry, the company and its products

  • Willing to do field work and travel when needed.

  • With good negotiation and selling skills.

ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL (ACP) SALES AGENT


  • Candidate must be Graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, and Marketing, Engineering (Industrial) or any related course.

  • With at least 1-year working experience in SALES from any construction or related industries.

  • Can establish new accounts, familiar in managing an existing account and with proven track record in sales.

  • Must have an experience doing fieldwork or willing to be assigning in field.

  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR


  • Bachelor Degree graduate of any business-related courses or equivalent.

  • Must be very flexible, hands on and capable of multitasking.
